We are pleased to share with you the outline of the Down Syndrome Foundation Nigeria (DSFN) October 2025 Awareness Programs, held under the theme: “Inclusive Health Care Support for All.” These activities are aimed at advancing advocacy, access to health care, and inclusion for persons with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities. Event Highlights:

• 4th October (8:00am): Advocacy, Awareness & Charity Walk.
• 8th October (11:00am WAT): Virtual Webinar on “Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities.”
• 16th October (10:00am): Health Summit – Focusing on critical health needs of persons with Down syndrome, featuring free medical screening and Ilera Eko Health Insurance Scheme enrolment by Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA).
• 26th October (12:00 noon): Annual Family Funfair - An inclusive day of bonding and recreation for families, friends, and our partners.
